Lisa spent the Easter Holidays with an Austrian family
In Austria the "Easter rabbit" comes to the children on Easter Sunday and brings them coloured eggs and chocolate-rabbits. The presents are hidden in the garden and the children seek them. Many Austrian families eat smoked ham wrapped in bread and the coloured eggs.
A game: you have to push an Easter egg against the egg of another person. The one whose egg cracks first is the loser.
Also I got a chokolate-rabbit and I searched coloured Easter eggs in the garden. They were easily to find in the green grass. Also the weather was very nice, always warm and sunny! I really enjoyed the Easter holidays in Austria!

At school I helped the pupils to paint and build presents for Easter time. We also decorated an "Easter tree".
