Loughborough Lantern Lane Primary and Nursery School, Great Britain

 Lantern Lane Primary & Nursery School is in the village of East Leake which is located five miles north of the town of Loughborough, and ten south of Nottingham, East Leake has a population of almost 7,000.

   

Our pupils live mainly in East Leake although some pupils also live in local surrounding villages.

 The original Lantern Lane School of 1953 has changed beyond recognition. The east wing, opened in June 1997 and in January 2003 the new privately funded school, with the east wing integrated into it, was opened making Lantern Lane Primary & Nursery one of the most modern and innovative primary schools in the UK.
