Our school is a public school of Infant and Primary Level Education composed by 19 units (13 of Primary Education and 6 of Infant Education).
In "San Roque" there are 475 students (3-12 years old), 36 of them from different nationalities to the Spanish, most of them from Ecuador. The school, till now, benefited from sufficient working space, but the urban development of the zone and the arrival of new families to the town have originated a growing influx of students to the classrooms and this has required more space for them. Due to this problem, we have had to suppress the calssroom of foreign languages (English and French), the classroom of Audio-visual activities and, for the present time, we share the Library with the classroom of psychomotor activities of Infant Level. For this reason, our school consists of 19 classrooms, two small tutorships for Educational Support, one classroom of Music, one classroom for Therapeutic Pedagogy, one classroom of Hearing and Language, one Teacher's room and one small Computer's room. The staff of the school is composed of 38 teachers. Our Webpage:

Regarding to the families of our pupils, they belong mainly to an average socio-cultural level and actively take part on the education of their children. Also there is another type of families. These are economically and culturally fragile families and they scarcely show basic preparation for the educational attention and support of their children.
